Olympic star Simone Biles says sheâs dealing with a bout of âthe twistiesâ and is uncertain whether sheâll continue to compete at the Tokyo Games.

The âtwistiesâ are gymnastics code for when an athlete canât figure out where they are in relation to the ground during a routine.
Biles admitted she was dealing with them after the US took silver in the team competition on Tuesday.
This isnât the first time Biles has dealt with the phenomenon.
She said the length of the episodes have varied but typically last around two weeks.
She is scheduled to compete in all four event finals early next week but has not made a decision on whether she will participate.

China will eventually pull clear at the top of the medal tally but this data paints an interesting picture.
No country in the top 10 of the regulation medal tally has performed as well as Australia and only the Netherlands have delivered more total medals on a per capita basis.
Tokyo: Australian BMX racing star Saya Sakakibara has been taken off on a stretcher after a crash in her last semi-final run at the Olympics.
Sakakibara led throughout the course until the final turn. As she leapt into the final ditch of the concrete course her bike appeared to skid, before another rider landed on top of her.

Australiaâs Lauren Reynolds has just run fifth in the womenâs BMX racing final - little more than a second behind the gold medallist, Bethany Shriever of Great Britain.
This was the race we were hoping to see Saya Sakakibara in before her semi-final crash, but fortunately the Seven cameras have shown her walking around and speaking to other competitors. Thatâs some welcome good news.
Shriever won in 44.358 seconds, ahead of Colombiaâs Mariana Pajon in second and Merel Smulders of the Netherlands in third.
A final-minute penalty corner strike from veteran Pau Quemada Cadafalch has sent Spain in the quarter-finals of the menâs hockey tournament courtesy of a 1-1 draw with Australia.
The Kookaburras will still be the top seed from pool A despite dropping their first points of the tournament.
The Spanish never gave up and the goal from their fourth penalty corner of the final quarter gave them a deserved draw, as 37-year-old Quemada Cadafalch fired a low drag flick past Australian goalkeeper Andrew Charter.
Earlier in the final quarter, Spain were denied an equaliser by Marco Bolto after an Australian challenge was successful for a foot in the lead-up.
Australia dominated possession but found it difficult to breakdown an 11-man defence from Spain and their only goal came from a penalty corner rebound by Tom Wickham.
The menâs hockey quarter-finals will be played on Sunday.
